Thank you for your interest in this page. To me, philanthropy is the single most important part of our business because it helps our company operate full circle.
From the beginning stages of taking on a new real estate client, we build trust, commitment, and a relationship with that person(s). We work together to reach goals, meet deadlines, and close with a successful outcome for all parties involved. We share our favorite things about the area and the land, and we collaborate with clients on making an introduction to the area or on a departure from time spent here.
The ability to support an entity that the client has identified, or that we have chosen on their behalf, brings the transaction to a head. Making a donation from every closing tightens community fibers and helps encourage efforts or projects that we support on a financial basis.
Here is a selection of our recent donation recipients:
Team Hailey Hugs
St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital
The Ronan Thompson Foundation
The Bethel Food Panty
Good Shepard Food Bank
Harvest Hills Animal Shelter
Midcoast Humane Society
Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine
The Ruffed Grouse Society

I grew up watching my father work as a small business owner and I saw him make significant anonymous donations on a regular basis. He taught me from an early age the importance of giving. I admire that the donations my parents made weren’t for public praise but were for the sole purpose of giving. The reason that I am publishing this page is that I have been impacted by what I’ve seen others do in our community and I believe that giving inspires giving.
Donations are made both on the company’s behalf and on a personal basis. If you represent an organization and would like to receive information about the giving process, please contact [email protected].
Thank you for visiting,
~ Cassie
