Cassie fosters long-term relationships with her clients who oftentimes turn out to become great friends. This people-centered approach to business has earned Cassie 5-star reviews across the board and keeps her ranked in the top 3 of Oxford County’s individual performing brokers year after year.
She has handled hundreds of transactions over the past decade and this experience gives her a deep understanding of the vacation home market and what level of service clients in Western Maine truly deserve for an enjoyable transaction.
Cassie was born and raised in Bethel and has a deep love for the area. She grew up skiing the slopes of Sunday River, attended Gould Academy, and returned home from life in Bozeman to raise her family in Bethel.
She is passionate about giving back to the local community and in addition to designating a portion of every commission to an area non-profit, Cassie volunteers on the board of directors at the Mahoosuc Land Trust. (Read more about giving on the philanthropy page).
Outside of work, Cassie is probably playing outdoors with her two kids Anna and Ronan, with her husband, Mark, and their dog, Posey.
Amber thrives on checklists – they're her secret to staying on top of everything. She doesn't call it a day until every box is ticked, keeping everything running smoothly in an ever-changing industry. Her organization and attention to detail make her a vital part of the team, both in sales and office operations.
A proud Mainer, Amber found her heart in Bethel back in 2010 and has been happily settled here ever since. She loves sharing the charm of this special town with others, alongside her husband, their two sons, Jensen and Vincent, and their playful boxer, Booker.
When you stop by the office, Amber will likely be the first to greet you with a warm smile. She’s passionate about helping people and looks forward to meeting you. Outside of work, she enjoys serving her community as a Trustee on the Western Maine Real Estate Counsel, and spending quality time with her family, making the most of life in beautiful Bethel.
Mark is happiest when he is working directly with a property owner, rental guest, or an employee. He is so committed to problem solving, improving the current situation, and planning for the future that he often takes notes during or after an important conversation so that he keeps the client’s needs top of mind as the day goes on.
With a strong background in trip planning and leading, Mark has become the guy in the group that puts everyone else first. Whether he’s leading you from Mexico to Canada along the Pacific Crest Trail or guiding you through the process of owning your first rental house, you can be sure that Mark will be happy only when you are thrilled.
Mark is Cassie’s husband so that tells you that he is a patient and easy-going guy.
If there is anyone in this world that understands and values the importance of customer service, it is Lindsay Gagnon. Prior to earning her associate broker license, Lindsay worked at the local branch of Northeast Bank in Bethel where she spent 9 years catering to her customers' needs and building her highly professional and friendly reputation which she maintains today in the real estate industry.
Those who know Lindsay on a personal level can attest to the fact that the energetic, bubbly person you see in public is the same one you get at home. This character consistency goes a long way in overcoming tough curveballs during a real estate transaction. When you need an advisor to guide you and a friend to support you, Lindsay is there.
Lindsay’s passions beyond her career include spending time around a campfire with friends, time with family at her camp on Richardson Lake, and downtime at home with her husband, Ryan, and their two handsome boys, Lane and Bryson. Lindsay understands that family is everything and is grateful that hers has been here for generations.
Louise has lived in Bethel for her whole life and sees no reason to leave. Everything about the area; the people, the places, and the scenic landscape, keep her heart full.
Louise works directly with The Williamsons and provides them with full-time sales and rental support. Her prior work experience at a local attorney’s office makes her an asset to the team. Louise is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the history of area properties and to the rules and regulations of the industry.
With three young grandchildren, Louise and her husband, Willie, can usually be found visiting with them or enjoying time together.
Julia and Gary Williamson are lifelong residents of the Bethel area and their family has been meeting the needs of real estate clients for generations. The Williamsons are the former owners of Four Seasons Realty in Bethel which was founded by Julia’s grandfather, Gordon Brown, in 1994.
The Williamsons continue to practice real estate sales with Cassie Mason Real Estate and they independently own and operate Four Seasons Vacation Rentals which serves the greater Sunday River area.
When they are not in the office, Gary and Julia are likely on the baseball field, at their camp on North Pond, or enjoying dinner (likely venison) with their four sons, one daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, Gracie. Grandparenting has been a life-changing blessing for Gary and Julia since Gracie’s arrival in 2021.
